Protein Bowls. ~equal parts: Ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning. Cut sweet potatoes into small cubes and roast in the oven (400 for 35min, stir after 10 min). Cottage cheese. Mix all 3.

The trolley ride with 20 of your neighbors sounds like it was awesome! What a unique night and I'll be SO much fun!
